Howdy, Hi, Hello! I know I've said hi about 100 times by the time you've reached this part. But I'm truly so happy you are here! A little bit about me before we get to business. Growing up in the city of Calgary, AB I had always felt like I didn't belong. I started a plethora of my own businesses at 11 years old to pay for pony club and living out of the city with my aunt during the summers to work at horse shows as a groom - I guess working hard and running my own thing is just in my blood. Now living in the small town of Olds, AB I couldn't be happier! Working in a vet clinic for 6 years and my love for animals has only ever grown since, and to this day it was still my favourite job. I grew up with 3 brothers, which meant lots of dirtbiking, snowboarding, air soft gun fights, camping, getting my hands dirty and lots of other extra curriculars that you wouldn't find your typical gal doing. Since becoming a mom I've found myself leaning into my more feminine side and it's been fun learning new skills like sewing & embroidery. I love baking and cooking nourishing meals for my family. You would never catch me dead in a dress growing up, however now you can find me in one probably more than not! Funny how that all works;).

Photography has been the best journey yet.
I pinch myself every time I head to a shoot as it is just one more opportunity to truly show someone how priceless they are while making it an experience to remember.
My favorite pastimes are reading a good book, camping and being outdoors, or dreaming of the day I’ll get to jump back into the western world of horses.
I’m an animal enthusiast! I grew up riding horses in pony club and have a passion for the western lifestyle industry.
When I am not taking photos, I’m busy making my house a home and raising my babies.
I do not have enough good things to say about our experience with Rachel that would even come close to how much we loved our experience! She took our engagement and wedding pictures and they are so beautiful and we treasure them so dearly! She is extremely talented and professional but was also so fun and pumped us up so much that we immediately felt comfortable and felt like we were hanging out with a friend. Rachel is very quick to get pictures back and even sent us sneak peaks the evenings after our shoots which meant a lot to us and showed us how much she truly cares. Rachel loves what she does and it shows through her amazing work. We love Rachel and highly highly recommend! I can’t wait to capture future family moments with her!

I first met Rachel when she was looking for models for motherhood sessions. I was super excited as I never seemed to be in any photos with my daughter. Rachel is the sweetest person you will meet and her photos are just beautiful. You don’t feel awkward at all and she walks you through poses when needed. I am not photogenic, but absolutely love the results every time! It is definitely an empowering feeling to see yourself in your element, but so in love you aren’t picking through all your personal flaws. I now do her motherhood sessions every year and have returned for fam photos. It is so worth investing in as babies don’t keep. I love seeing the differences every year- even for me on my motherhood journey!
